• In your role as team leader (m/w/d) for our logistics controlling area, you are responsible for the strategic development of control-relevant KPIs and reports to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics processes
• Through the cyclical provision of the work of figures according to the target group and optimization of reporting, you ensure that all relevant data are available regularly and target group-oriented and work on a continuous improvement of our reporting system
• You analyze the provided data, identify trends and patterns, and create sound management decision templates. In addition, if necessary, you carry out short-term analyses and recognize early deviations from the specified KPIs in order to be able to initiate countermeasures in time
• You actively support the creation of the monthly financial statements, budget planning and forecasts to ensure precise financial management
• Last but not least, you will take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, within the team of motivation and develop your employees according to individual needs
• Within your activity, you will work alternately in our headquarters in Rottendorf as well as in our logistics center in Dettelbach
• You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business management with a focus on controlling or studying a comparable subject and bringing together several years of professional experience in the field of controlling
• Ideally, you have been able to gain first experience in the logistics environment and have already been able to take on first leadership in your professional career
• You draw your attention through your high number affinity, analytical ability as well as your high IT affinity and very good knowledge in the SAP (EWM/WMS and ERP) system, Power BI and Excel
