We are looking for you full time as Projektmanager (m/w/d) for our new location in Bochum.

What tasks do you have? Cooperation in projects of our contracting authorities

Close cooperation with other team members, construction authorities and public mandaters

Participation in tenders and coordination of awards in the areas of planning and construction

Accompanying public building measures with regard to costs, dates and qualities within the meaning of our customers

Support of our customers when applying for and retrieval of public funding

What are you doing? Complete study of architecture or civil engineering

At least three years of professional experience in planning construction projects or project management in the areas of planning/general planning or in construction management/project management

Secure handling of relevant rules (VOB, HOAI, AHO) as well as the common MS Office software

Experience with public projects is an advantage for this position

High communication strength, safe occurrence, flexibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality

German knowledge (C2)
