As an architect (m/w/d) in our team, you take responsibility for the planning and implementation of demanding construction projects – from the first idea to the turnkey handover. Customer-oriented creation of individual project designs for the offer presentation of construction projects Design, approval and execution planning for turnkey projects including optimization within the framework of the contract and integration of GOLDBECK systems and products Processing of projects within the BIM model based on the CAD tool Revit Technical clarification with all experts The planning system follows the GOLDBECK-BIM strategy Presentation of results before the builder

Successfully completed study of architecture Multiannual professional experience in the design or execution planning of demanding projects in the performance phases 1–5 knowledge of planning software Autodesk Revit desirable Self-employed, quality and result-oriented working methods, coupled with team capacity High commitment and fun to realize ideas for our customers together Member of the Chamber of Architects desirable Be part of the success story at GOLDBECK.
