International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As a Process Specialist Invoice-to-Pay (w/m/div.), you will become part of the new company to be set up and work in a globally networked team of about 4300 colleagues working in over 50 countries. They are responsible for the end-to-end processes in the area of Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) and assist in the mapping of accounting processes in the area of travel costs. They monitor the performance of the external accounting service provider (including KPI monitoring) in the I2P area. You create process guidelines to ensure the quality and efficiency of the I2P process. In addition, you analyze and optimize existing processes for increasing efficiency and quality in cooperation with the external service provider. They support the implementation of process improvements (best practices) in cooperation with the subsidiaries and the external accounting service provider. They support the implementation of IT systems and tools for automation and improvement of I2P processes in cooperation with the external accounting service provider and IT. They carry out training and support employees in connection with I2P processes and systems in conjunction with the external accounting service. Management of the technical authorization concept for FI/CO in cooperation with the respective process owners.

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of business, finance, accounting or a comparable qualification. Experience and know-how: Multiannual (> 3 years) relevant professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in a comparable role. Funded knowledge in the Invoice-to-Pay process. Qualification: Secure handling of SAP ECC 6.0 (i.B. FI, ideally also CO), MS Office and desirable SAP BW or SAP S/4 HANA knowledge. Personality and working methods: pronounced analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working. In addition, very good communication and presentation skills. Languages: Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German in word and writing
