Working Student Social Media Graphic Design (m/f/d)

Our tailor-made visual concepts communicate the essence of our consulting projects precisely and effectively and leave a lasting impression. What you'll do As a working student Social Media Graphic Design (w/m/d) in our Visual Communications team, you take on a variety of tasks in the field of creation and production of digital and print media for an internationally active strategy consulting. At the interface between brand communication and consulting team, you will also design the visual content for the external appearance of Strategy&. In addition, you support the creation of social media graphics, web graphics, short videos, animated graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and LinkedIn. In compliance with corporate identity policies, you develop your own creative ideas and support the implementation of target-group-specific layout and creative concepts. Creative Design Social Media Content: You develop and design attractive graphics and visual content for various social media or web platforms. You work closely with the design team to ensure that the designs reflect the brand strategy. Optimization Social Media Campaigns: You process and optimize existing graphics and layouts for ongoing social media campaigns. You ensure that all designs meet current trends and platform requirements and respond effectively to the target audience. Social Media Strategy: You support the team in developing creative concepts and ideas for future social media campaigns. You participate in team meetings, introduce fresh ideas and help develop innovative approaches to increasing brand presence in social media

Studies: You are currently in your Bachelor or Master's degree, ideally in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences, Graphics and Information Design or a related subject with good performance. First practical experience: Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the field of social media in corporate consulting, companies from industry or agencies or other experience in the field of graphics or design. Software knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications such as InDesign, lllustrator, Photoshop, Premiere or After Effects. Communication style: You have a very high level of communication in both German and English. You are a team player and brings together organizational talent and initiative. Ready to use: You bring an average willingness to use of 20 hours a week. In the semester holidays a maximum of 40 hours per week is possible.
