Coordination of current knowledge and creation of a target image within the Accounting & Finance Services department Responsibility for the design, active support and implementation of necessary training measures Responsibility for address-oriented information sharing for the ongoing qualification of employees Responsibility for developing and implementing standards based on internal and external guidelines Creating transparency and ensuring implementation by setting central standards Ensuring the organisational and personal framework for effective exchange of knowledge Use of methods and tools used in the communication of knowledge

Study of economics or a comparable subject Experience with modern solutions related to Knowledge Management Analytical, logical and innovative thinking combined with conceptual thinking and structured working methods Moderation techniques and abstraction capability for addressable preparation of topics Team and communication skills Self-responsible work associated with the ability to work in agile teams with lateral guidance structures
