Project Management & Coordination: Interface function on IT and the areas of expertise in topics such as project implementation or coordination between stakeholders. In doing so, you will provide essential impulses and contribute to the success of projects. Process improvement: Support in continuous process improvement projects through innovative technologies and organisational optimization measures Liquidity Planning & Reporting: Creation of complex reports in the context of liquidity planning in coordination with the interfaces connected to fine-tuning the annual planning Analysis & Documentation: Analysis and Development of Processes and Applications in Cash Management and Creation and Updating Process Documentation Monitoring: Ensuring compliance with the defined processes in compliance with legal and intra-group requirements (including internal control systems). A key focus is on payment systems and the administration of bank accounts and bank accounts. Interface function: Close cooperation with banks, auditors, corporations (specialised interfaces) and IT experts as competent professional contact person Daily business: day-to-day support in the context of the MRP / liquidity management and payment transactions

Qualification: completed economic studies with a focus on business, finance and comparable qualifications Knowledge: Funded knowledge and multiannual experience in payment transactions in Germany and abroad System & Process Knowledge: Good understanding in dealing with relevant systems and processes in cash management and payments IT skills & affinity: Very good handling of MS Office products and Jira as well as pronounced affinity for IT topics: Experience in applications (Serrala CLT, multi:bank, SAP FI) desirable Analytical skills & solution orientation: Very good analytical skills with the view for efficient IT solutions to further develop processes Teamability: Engaged team player who focuses on new tasks as creative as results-oriented
