Head of Construction Project Management (m/f/d)

In this function, you will report directly to the management of Amprion GmbH's real estate management and guide the team building project management professionally and disciplinaryly. Together with your team, you are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of construction projects of Amprion GmbH.

Management, coordination and further development of the building project management team Responsibility for the organisational and technical management of new, re- and extension measures to non-network projects of the Amprion - from project development and planning to turnkey production Ensuring professional cost, appointment, quality and risk management across the entire project lifecycle Control of procurement and procurement processes and guidance and coordination of external planning offices, service providers and contractors Responsibility for the commissioning of the projects and the structured handover of the properties and project documentation to the stock management Development and implementation of land, space and use concepts, the control of rent-growing buildings and the guarantee of the necessary initial equipment Development of processes, standards, guidelines and methods in building project management and support for the strategic orientation of real estate management

successfully completed studies of architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or a comparable discipline; alternative a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience multiannual professional experience in building project management, project management or implementation of complex construction and real estate projects well-founded knowledge in the areas of cost, timing, quality and risk management as well as in tendering and award processes; safe handling of relevant rules and legal bases as well as relevant standards ideally professional and/or disciplinary leadership experience in a project-oriented environment strong economic understanding and a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of thinking high social competence, communication strength and enforcement ability in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Own initiative, organisational strength and joy in continuously developing processes and structures in building project management
