• Management and implementation of projects in the field of technical building equipment (in particular heating, ventilation and plumbing) - development of tailor-made solutions to ensure project success through technical and organizational expertise - management of the project and assembly team, coordination of the individual project steps taking into account the technical requirements, compliance with dates and cost control - communication with contractors, project participants, suppliers and after-sales services - management of the contract-relevant correspondence services

• Engineer (m/w/d) in the field of sanitary-heating-climate/ventilation (SHK) with corresponding experience - several years of relevant professional experience in project work and building technology, preferably in senior position as building or project manager - knowledge of the VOB and the relevant technical regulations - Experienced handling of MS-Office products and basic knowledge of common knowledge
