As Application Consultant (m/w/d), you are part of our IT department and are critically involved in the implementation of new software in the company.
You coordinate interface topics and implement the jointly developed solutions. You support the operational operation of existing IT applications and process support requests (2nd levels). You implement new software solutions in the company and take over their administration (e.g. Atlassian products, DocuWare, MS teams, etc.). You are also responsible for the planning and implementation of projects. You process the support requests of colleagues around the entire software. You carry out training and are responsible for the documentation of the systems and processes used. You advise users in process questions and support the optimization and implementation of new business processes in the corresponding applications.
You have successfully completed your studies with IT reference (e.g. computer science or business informatics) or an IT system businessman/woman, specialist informant/in or in a comparable field. You have professional experience in a comparable position and first practical project experience – from requirement analysis to application introduction – as well as experience in the operational operation of IT applications.
