This is what you bring with you as a working student in customer service Health Insurance (m/w/d)

You are currently enrolled in a technical or economic study programme (e.g. VWL/BWL/Information Technology/Economic Informatics, etc.). You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You are safe to use MS Office and have fun on digital tools You work structured, organized and like to be part of a team You communicate clearly, emerge empathically and have joy in contact with people You stay calm even in challenging situations and find solution-oriented ways Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
