Project Introduction SAP S/4 HANA in the Purchasing Division Key User SAP with focus on master data/ master data, PIM or contract management Support in the preparation, execution and documentation of tests in the field of SAP applications Support for purchasing employees in dealing with the purchasing systems & applications (e.g. SAP, MS365) in the daily business Training of purchasing staff in the SAP environment International cooperation in the team

Successfully completed studies and/or commercial vocational training (e.g. large and foreign trade) with professional experience Basic knowledge of core processes in trade Experience in working with an SAP ERP system, ideally SAP S/4 HANA Retail Digital affinity and very safe handling of Microsoft 365 (e.g. Excel, Outlook, TEAMS) Structured, self-responsive and targeted mode of operation, coupled with agile mode of thinking Strong analytical skills, even in complex situations Joy in team collaboration, including across department English knowledge in word and writing desirable High communication & service oriented
