Creation of schedules for work preparation as well as planning and organisation of the logistics and construction site facility Creation of templates for logistics planning as part of hand sketches Optimization of logistics-relevant building processes including active contribution to Lean management Creation Design of project-related deployment planning of own staff and subcontractors Participation in construction meetings and representation of our company and its values Creation of dimensions for breaks First contact person:in monitoring the overall tasks of construction logistics and to employers and their contractors Monitoring Compliance with work safety at the construction site and termination of defects on the controllers Leadership of Logistics Coordinators with team-led projects Monthly production of documentation and advances of services provided for the production of verifiable accounts Definitions and provisions Examination of services and invoices by suppliers and subcontractors Control of the use of personnel and material at the construction site Control of the staff of subcontractors

Completed vocational training in the construction industry or Construction industry with leadership experience (e.g. pre-workers) and/or further education (policy, master, technician, farmer) and/or studies in a construction profession or related occupation At least 3 years of professional experience in the comparable field of work and successful completion of at least two logistics projects in the team is desirable Willingness to obtain further qualifications in in-house training (FASI, SiGeKo, First aider:in the company:in, empowered person scaffolding, welding skills, SiPo, guard service §34a) Secure knowledge in the creation of VOB and VOF conform correspondence Very good knowledge of the application of proprietary computer tools (e.g. Arriba/iTwo, Lotus Notes, ThinkProject, AstaPowerproject, CAD-Revit) as well as advanced knowledge in Word and Excel Management and Result Responsibility as well as a high degree of target orientation Teamability, flexibility, organisational skills and an independent and dedicated way of working complete your profile
