In order to strengthen our international team in the semiconductor solutions business segment, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager in Semiconductor Glass Solutions (m/w/d) at the Mainz site at the next time possible.

Your duties You are responsible for the product portfolio, its portfolio strategy and the roadmaps of our semiconductor products by taking into account technical, economic, strategic and organizational aspects. You take responsibility for all product management tasks throughout the product life cycle. These include, for example, the creation of business cases, the assessment of profitability, the definition of development and product roadmaps, as well as further development and maintenance of products based on the understanding of customer applications and technical skills. You agree with all relevant stakeholders all measures relevant to business success such as Go to Market Strategies, Business Models or Marketing Measures. Through their know-how, you act at the heart of time, discover new market trends and respond to developments in the industry. They guide innovation ideas and fields of action and manage their success through suitable KPIs. They create management documents and present them specifically according to the respective stakeholders.

Your profile They have an above-average degree in a natural science or economics with a technical orientation. They have several years of experience in a dynamic environment, ideally in an international industrial company, preferably in the semiconductor industry and/or a strategy or technology consulting preferentially with semiconductor cover. They bring several years of experience as a product manager in the industrial environment, ideally paired with sound knowledge in the semiconductor industry. They have very good communication skills and are able to present complex facts structured and comprehensible. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as national and international readiness to travel complete your profile.
