Team Leader Application (m/f/d)

For further professionalization of our application area, we are looking for a management personality that guides and develops our application team professionally, organizationally and methodically.

The application is an important expert function at the interface between customer, sales, service, product management and development. The aim is to evaluate customer requirements structured, to support technical solutions, to build knowledge in the company and to make the contribution of the application more visible.

The strategic orientation of the application area is predetermined by the range line. As a team management application, you are responsible for transferring this strategy to the team daily, tuning it with the team and implementing it into concrete goals, priorities and working methods.

Your tasks Professional and disciplinary leadership of the application team Implementation of the division strategy in the team Translation of strategic targets into concrete team objectives, priorities and measures Coordination of goals, expectations and working methods with the team Support, promotion and demand of employees in daily business Control and prioritization of application-related tasks and resources Building and developing standards, methods and documentation forms Close cooperation with sales, service, product management, development and other interfaces Strengthening the application as a visible expert function in the company and towards customers What makes you You combine technical understanding with leadership, structure and sense of responsibility. You give orientation to the team, create clear priorities and make tasks understandable, binding and high quality work. You understand leadership as a daily task: support, develop, promote and at the same time make clear demands on self-responsibility, liability and quality of results. The range strategy is predetermined by the range line. Your task is to effectively implement this strategy together with the team and make it visible in the daily business.

Technical or scientific training, ideally studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in a technical and application environment Leadership experience or strong ability to guide and take responsibility Ability to translate strategic targets into clear objectives, structures and procedures Very good communication capability and safe occurrence internally and externally Ability to support employees in everyday life, to develop and to set clear expectations Understanding technical relationships, customer requirements and internal interfaces
