Assistant to the Managing Director (m/f/d)

You manage dates and follow deadlines/to-dos. You organize meetings (Agenda, documents, protocols, follow-ups). You plan efficient and sustainable business trips including bookings, expiration and visit coordination. You create/revise documents (decision templates, presentations, writing). You are a central interface to locations, executives and external partners. You implement events/hosting organizationally and process project-related and short-term tasks.

Discretion and trustworthiness: You will often have to do with confidential information Excellent communication skills in word and writing Organizational talent and ability to multitasking the ability to be proactive and to take the initiative flexibility and adaptability tactics and diplomacy knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to adapt to process-specific software Basic knowledge of accounting, contract and labour law Proven professional experience of at least 4 years
