You actively support our assessment platforms such as TrustPilot and Kununu and help strengthen our brand perception. You support community management on our social channels and help to ensure a positive and consistent brand appearance. You participate in the implementation and security of our CI/CD guidelines. You coordinate closely with internal specialist departments, in particular with the organisation for dealing with complaints. You prepare meetings and workshops in terms of content and organization. You contribute to the development and development of training concepts for brand communication.

You are in an advanced degree in the field of marketing, media, communication or a comparable degree. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in branding or marketing, preferably also in dealing with digital channels. You have good communication skills and bring the right balance between your own initiative and team spirit. You have the pleasure of cross-departmental cooperation and can understand and implement requirements of other departments. You are social media affinist, open to new topics and ready to find creative solutions. You have basic MS Office skills.
