Head of Financial Accounting (m/w/d)

For a leading medium-sized company based in the resin, we are looking for a dedicated management of financial accounting (m/w/d). If you have a passion for numbers and efficient work processes, we invite you to actively shape the further development of the financial processes. You assume the technical and disciplinary responsibility for a small team and are the central contact person for all financial topics.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a four-member team.

Ensuring proper finance for seven companies.

Responsibility for tax matters, in particular in the area of turnover and income tax.

Creation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB, including the consolidation of all companies.

Management of liquidity and cash flow management.

Responsibility for receivable management and monitoring of the dunning procedure.

Promoting digitalisation and efficiency in the financial sector.

Officer for tax advisors, auditors, banks and other partners.

Complete studies, commercial training or comparable qualifications in financial and accounting.

Professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company focusing on logistics and forwarding.

Safe handling of MS Office and common accounting systems (ideally diamond).

High self-initiative and strong interest in process optimization.

Analytical thinking, strategic solution orientation and strong communicative skills.

Flexible working hours and a sliding time account.

The ability to work remotely up to two days a week.
