• Total responsibility for the handling of development projects in the field of drone defence systems (C-UAS solutions) with high technical complexity in the field of Spectrum Operations and throughout the R&S Group

• Project cost responsibility incl. development budget

• Technical responsibility for the new development and continuous maintenance of software solutions in the field of drone defence systems

• Interface function between development and product management to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements

• Technical leadership of a team of software architects, software developers and testers in the R&S network and coordination of external resources

• Proactive cooperation in cross-works bodies, disciplines and organizations

• Implementation of Userstory Refinements and determination of acceptance criteria together with the requirements Engineers, software architects and the development team

• Active stakeholder management through cross-functional cooperation with internal development agencies

• Development of product strategy and roadmaps in cooperation with product management

• Complete master's degree or Diploma in the field of computer science, engineering or in a related subject area, promotion desirable

• Multiannual professional experience in project and product management and software development

• Experience in the professional leadership of a team and in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams including developers, architects and testers

• Knowledge in the field of signal clarification

• Strong project management skills including the ability to manage schedules, resources and dependencies

• Project management certification according to IPMA, PMP (or comparable) desirable

• Pronounced social competence and moderation and communication skills

• Enforcement strength and independent, target-oriented mode of operation combined with cost-conscious action

• German and English language skills in word and writing
