Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

In the course of further growth, we are looking for an ambitious Legal Counsel (m/w/d) with know-how and experience in the field of business law, contract and/or corporate law on the law firm, company or consulting side.

For this position an annual gross salary of about 65,000-70,000 euros is offered. The actual remuneration is based on your qualification and relevant experience. The task can be performed either in the Kufstein area or in the Innsbruck area.

Competent creation, testing and negotiation of contracts (sales, procurement, product development, NDAs etc.) Proactive legal advice of internal stakeholders as a business partner and assessment and processing of legal issues Active support in compliance topics (e.g. policies, risk analyses, reporting systems) Conducting internal training on legal issues and compliance requirements Participation in the further development of the legal department, incl. Structure and further optimization of processes, templates and guidelines Application and co-design of Legal Tech and Legal Operations solutions to increase efficiency, transparency and scalability Acquisition of own thematic packages and independent prioritization in the dynamic environment of a growing company

Complete study of law or business law and ideally experience in contract law, economic law or corporate law At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a law firm, advice or legal department Found experience in contract design and negotiation (e.g. NDA, Sales, Procurement, Development Agreements) Ideally first experiences with compliance topics Experience in working in dynamic, internationally shaped organisations Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed communication and cooperation capability, high self-organisational capability and joy in working quickly on new topics and actively shaping changes High integrity, reliability and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
