As a key account manager (w/m/d), you take over the support and strategic further development of our key defence customers. You can choose your base yourself at one of our Brunel locations throughout Germany. Be part of our success story at Brunel and actively shape our customer relationships. Description You maintain and develop the strategically important defence customers in Germany and are responsible for expanding sales, contributing to cover and long-term growth potential within your accounts. You identify customer needs and cross- or Upselling pools, develop individual account strategies and successfully place our service portfolio with your customers. As a central contact person on the customer side you build resilient Relations with relevant decision-makers:inside and stakeholders, You establish themselves as trusting partners:in your accounts. Together with Recruiting, Delivery and other internal departments, you can control customer requests and occupation processes from demand intake to successful implementation and provide high service quality. You coordinate supply and contract processes, conduct price and contract negotiations and accompany opportunities until successful completion. In addition, you control your sales pipeline, analyze relevant key figures, and manage targeted measures to increase sales, customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention.

Complete studies in the economic or technical field, e.g. business management, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in sales, key account management or in personnel and engineering services with detectable relation to the defence sector Understanding the specificities and requirements of the defence environment and ideally existing contacts with relevant companies and decision-makers Outstanding negotiating strength and experience in professional stakeholder management German and good knowledge of English Class B driving licence mandatory 60 % readiness to travel within Germany
