(Senior) Manager Sales Training (m/f/d)

You develop and guide tailor-made sales training programs for our Creator Pool in the live commerce environment and sustainably increase the sales performance of our top brands You personally coach the most important creators and moderators through individual sales coaching sessions, tape reviews and structured feedback talks on performance optimization You design innovative onboarding programs for new TV-creator with focus on sales psychology, communication skills and presentation training in the live shopping area You plan and guide professional castings to identify new sales talents and evaluate authenticity, personality and target group fitness for our live commerce format You carry out regular test shows and studio trainings and ensure the continuous quality improvement of our creator pool through performance checks You work closely with marketing, sales planning and content management and support the integration of existing TV-creator into new sales channels such as HSE streams You will start training documentation and presentations for internal coordination and contribute to the strategic development of our sales training concept

You have a completed, certified coaching training or a comparable study in psychology, communication or a related area You bring many years of professional experience in sales coaching, sales training or performance management, ideally in the TV, media or live commerce environment You have well-founded expertise in sales psychology and can convey complex training content in a practical and motivating manner You have detectable experience in the design and implementation of training programs as well as in the management of castings and talent identification You have a strong sense of sales talent and understand the requirements of live shopping, creator marketing and TV production You convince by excellent communication skills, a pronounced coaching mentality and the ability to structured performance analysis You work responsibly and independently and bring the necessary flexibility for the dynamic requirements in live commerce with
