Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

As part of the quality team, you take responsibility for technical quality assurance along the entire value chain – from the supplier process to series production. Their focus is on preventive protection and continuous improvement of technical components, materials and manufacturing processes. Ensuring product quality from development to series release Design, testing and release of components (purchase and self-made parts) Evaluation of suppliers in terms of quality and production competence Implementation of quality and process audits incl. Monitoring of appropriate measures Analysis of fault images, initiation and follow-up of sustainable corrections (8D, FMEA) Technical support in the development of new products and the construction of new production lines Participation in complaint processing and serial support Identification and implementation of improvement measures under Q projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, materials engineering, plastics technology, production technology, etc. Alternatively: Technical training with appropriate training and relevant professional practice First professional experience (ideally 2–5 years) in quality assurance, construction, production or in the technical project environment Knowledge of the processing of thermoplastics, component construction, injection moulding or metal processing of advantage Trusted with QM methods such as FMEA, 8D reports, QS documentation Analytical thinking, structured working and high technical conception Responsibility, team spirit and communication strength in interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of German and English
