As part of our International Tax and Transaction Services Advisory team in Berlin, Eschborn, Leipzig or Munich, you advise Mandant:in an international environment on tax issues. You can do a variety of tasks: Advising foreign private equity funds and their domestic investors (outbound) Compilation of tax opinions, in particular in investment tax law Participation in tax structures and transactions, such as M&A or fund structures Creation of tax returns, in particular separate and uniform declarations of determination Monitoring of audits and remedies

Completed study of economics or legal sciences or Diploma financial institution:in and ideally first tax practice experience (e.g. internships or first professional experience in international tax consulting) Interest in international tax issues or Understanding international tax law, in particular investment tax law, private equity tax issues or transaction tax law, supplemented by experience with tax statements Embossed analytical strength, high detail accuracy, exceptionally careful operation as well as proactive acceptance of responsibility and very good communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
