Coordinator (m/w/d) for our outpatient children's and youth hospice service

On 01.01.2026 we are looking for a dedicated personality as coordinator (m/w/d) for our outpatient child and youth hospice service in the counties of Günzburg, Neu-Ulm, Dillingen and Donau-Ries. Your future office is located in Günzburg. The range of jobs is 20 hours per week (part time), a full-time increase is possible. We have been engaged in outpatient child and youth hospices for 13 years. With 25 qualified volunteers, we are committed to a comprehensively good psychosocial and advisory accompaniment of our families with a seriously ill family member in the sense of hospicides. Our work is complemented by a wide range of offers such as grief management, school projects, animal-assisted operations and our heart desire hospital car.

Coordination according to the requirements of an outpatient child and youth hospice service according to §39a SGB V Palliative advice of families and institutions Extraction, training and coordination of volunteers Staff management Cooperation and networking Public relations Administrative tasks Fundraising and creating funding applications

Exams in health care and child care Study of social work or comparable qualifications with at least three years of professional experience Experience in dealing with families in challenging situations Professional experience in outpatient or stationary hospice work desired Identification with the basics of hospice work and palliative medicine Positive attitude to service with a Catholic institution Ready for team work and supervision Communication capability and safe handling of external partners (e.g. doctors, SAPPV teams, setup lines, sponsors, etc.) Flexibility and commitment Willingness to take on call Safe handling of common PC programs Car driver's license Required qualification or willingness to acquire:
