In your role, you take over the responsible management of the branch and guide your team through motivation and targeted deployment planning You make sure that the sales process works smoothly and is responsible for both sales and inventory Your tasks include ordering, accepting goods and controlling their quality, while at the same time ensuring an appealing presentation of goods You pay attention to compliance with legal regulations, in particular hygiene and HACCP guidelines Sales promotions and promotional measures You are advising to keep customer satisfaction high and treat customer concerns with care The control of cash accounts and the creation of daily accounts are also your responsibility

You have a completed training in retail or in the food sector and you have several years of professional experience, ideally even in a leadership position Your independent, structured and economical way of working distinguishes you, and you convince with high customer and service orientation Communication strength and safe occurrence are your strengths, and you score with organizational talent and responsibility You are familiar with good knowledge of the handling of goods management systems and MS Office You are ready to work in the layer system and also be available on Saturdays Your language skills in Russian and German are a prerequisite for this job
