Qualitative construction management of housing projects in the execution phase Ensuring the timely completion of the construction projects Coordination and control of construction companies and subcontractors on site Monitoring performance quality, details and compliance with defined standards Responsibility for construction site safety and compliance with all relevant regulations Support for project management in the tendering and awarding of works Close cooperation with project management and internal planning department Documentation of the progress of construction and monitoring of decreases

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or sound technical training (e.g. construction technician, master) Multiannual professional experience in building management in housing construction and demonstrable experience in the fields of crude construction and underground garages High quality awareness and safe feel for construction processes Good knowledge of building law and relevant technical regulations Structured, solution-oriented operation and enforcement strength Communication strength in handling executive companies and internal interfaces
