Product Cyber Security Engineer - Automation (m/f/d)

In coordination with the project teams from the system, hardware and software department, you help to cure our existing engine control and automation systems or to contribute to new product developments. To do this, you will develop the necessary technical and organizational measures over all phases of the product life cycle and ensure that our high requirements for the security properties in the products are properly implemented. The basis for your work is the regulatory requirements of our target markets, such as railway, navy, power generation for critical infrastructure and public administration. Your daily work includes the participation or independent creation of work products in the context of requirements development, implementation and testing, as well as the internal evaluation of new security technologies, architectural patterns or methods.

University degree in one of the MINT or engineering sciences (security, computer science, electrical engineering or comparable). Great experience in the development of Linux, embedded (RTOS) or automation system (SPS) as an architect or security engineer. This includes relevant experience with security functions (e.g. Secure Boot, Update, ...) and tasks (e.g. Secure Configuration, Zoning, ...). Experience in working with a development life cycle typical of the requirements Cyber Security standards are sufficient, such as IEC 62443 Series, IACS UR E26/E27, ETSI EN 303 645, ISO/SAE 21434, NIST 800 Series, ED-202A, etc. Excellent communication skills in word and writing, in German and English (min. C1). Very high level of independent work and acceptance of responsibility.
