IT Team Leader (m/f/d)

You conduct a dedicated and know-how-strong IT team, which is responsible for prioritization, planning and efficient implementation and promotes the development of colleagues in the team. Together with the team, you will develop our modern, Linux-based IT infrastructures at our campus and in our on-prem data centers. From the start, you take responsibility, participate in the design of new operating environments and actively introduce ideas for process optimization and automation. You work in an agile organization that promotes your own initiative and willingness to design – innovation and continuous improvement are of course yours. Your enthusiasm for technical excellence, IT security and open source drives you. You are ambassadors of new technologies and support their introduction and development together with other teams.

You combine several years of experience in modern IT infrastructures with a good understanding of hardware, network and application operations. Technical decisions can be arranged in a sound manner. You have a strong leadership and moderation skills and you have the pleasure of forming a team and supporting people in their development. First practical leadership experience is an advantage – your potential, your motivation and your will to take responsibility are crucial. Strategic thinking and the ability to set priorities in the sense of the company are of course for you. You are strong in communication, empathy and inspire yourself for collaboration across departments; you can moderate target conflicts and make decisions clear. Analytical approach, high solution orientation and a pragmatic view of processes complete your profile.
