You will have a completed university degree (Bachelor/ FH Diploma) or you will have a focus on information technology (informatics, technical informatics, IT management, administrative or business informatics, or a comparable, relevant field of expertise) shortly before graduation. Knowledge of the administration and development of JIRA and Confluence would be beneficial. You have ideally already gained professional experience in public service and project management. You like to work in the team and act very service-oriented. You communicate competently and appear address-oriented. You penetrate technical issues quickly and are able to understand them correctly.
