Process Manager (m/f/d)

Your future tasks: You advise our executives on all issues relating to operational performance management and support them in daily business You take the (partial) responsibility for the analysis, further development and documentation of our damage regulation processes With your focus on optimization potentials, you identify opportunities for improvement in our processes and implement suitable measures successfully In addition, you plan, coordinate and test our damage handling tools to continuously improve their quality and efficiency Together with colleagues from different teams and departments, you work on future-oriented solutions in cross-disciplinary project groups

You have practical knowledge in process management and experience in the analysis, optimization and further development of business processes to sustainably increase efficiency and quality Ideally, you have already been able to accompany projects – from planning to implementation – and have first experiences with agile working methods Analytical thinking distinguishes you: You recognize potential for improvement on the basis of data, guide well-founded solutions and implement them in a targeted manner With your strong communication skills, you can integrate different stakeholders, communicate complex content in a comprehensible manner, and successfully moderate workshops or training
