Against this background, we are looking for a personality who is responsible for financial controlling and contract management with a number affinity and good communicative skills as well as independent and careful working methods. You work directly with the management of building management, support team management in analyses and reporting and advise on the further development of appropriate administrative processes. Contract management focuses on risk management and ongoing monitoring of the contractual relationships of building management.

The focus is on targeted and solution-oriented cooperation within the entire work area of property and building management.

You have a completed university degree (Bachelor / Diplom-FH) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or another degree course suitable for the tasks. You possess analytical thinking and abstraction capability, You are pay-affin and have deeper knowledge in working with Excel.
