In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a specialist intellectual property rights/IP administrator (w/m/d) in parttime (20 hours/week). The position is located at the Büchen location and reports to the Hiring Manager in Denmark. Your tasks: Organisation, administration and supervision of all patent, trademark and protective acts including time-limit control
Maintenance and further development of the IP management system
Collection, maintenance and evaluation of IP data in internal databases as well as active participation in the digitization and optimization of processes
Creation of regular and ad-hoc reports and evaluations
Support for budget planning through cost and expenditure forecasts in the field of intellectual property rights
Examination, processing and booking of IP-related invoices
Communication and correspondence with external patent attorneys, IP offices and international partners
Data and exchange of information with foreign agencies and authorities
Administration of the Inventor Payment
Your profile: Completed commercial training or training as a lawyer
Detectable practical experience and knowledge in IP/protection management (further development / certification for IP administrator possible)
Safe handling of databases and administrative systems
Structured, careful and reliable operation
Very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2) - English is required for cooperation with leadership
