Payroll employee / SAP HCM (m/f/d)

SAP user support: support for personal care in the daily use of SAP HCM, in particular in the case of issues relating to master data management, error analysis and cleaning of faulty or incomplete inputs; Creation of work aids and practical instructions Regulatory adjustments: Participation in the implementation of legal, tariff and operational changes in the accounting processes, in particular by examining notes, coordinating technical requirements and supporting tests Pay billing: Own implementation of the monthly salary bill with SAP HCM including the follow-up activities of the billing. Project cooperation: cooperation with HR projects, for example in connection with SAP HANA, the digital personnel file or the further development of work time recording SAP HCM application support: support in the technical support of SAP HCM with a focus on personnel administration and pay accounting; Sighting of relevant information, technical testing of system adjustments and coordination with the SAP-HCM in-house consultants: HR Evaluations & Reports: Creation and Processing of Personal Evaluations, Reports and Statistics to Support Personnel Controlling

Experience: Multiannual practical experience in billing and dealing with SAP HCM knowledge of social insurance and tax law and collective bargaining; Knowledge in TV‐AVH and VBL are advantageous SAP application: Secure handling of SAP HCM, ideally with experience in personnel administration, pay billing and user care Evaluations: Experience in creating simple evaluations, overviews or statistics with SAP HCM and Excel are advantageous Communication and service orientation: joy in the support of users:inside, a comprehensible communication and a solution-oriented cooperation with staff support, departments and cutting centres Future orientation: Interest in the development of processes and systems in the HR environment Completion: A completed study in Computer Science, Business, Administration or Human Resources or comparable qualifications, skills and experience
