Quality Manager (m/w/d) It's waiting for you

Construction, development and operational maintenance of a company-wide quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001 Ensuring and continuous improvement of quality standards for all CEE Group business units, including automated and AI-based processes Quality assurance in the introduction and further development of standardized business processes (e.g. BPMN) Coordination, preparation and independent implementation of internal and external audits and management reviews Support and support of transnational projects to improve quality, efficiency and safety Structure and control of a central point of contact for data quality, including monitoring and evaluation of data consistency Identification and traceability of quality deviations and introduction of corrective measures Development and implementation of standards to ensure the quality of automated processes Training and awareness of employees on quality issues Transparent communication and documentation of measures, results and improvements in quality and data management

That's what you bring

Successfully completed study of economics or engineering, BWL or comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the energy or financial sector Found knowledge of ISO 9001 and detectable experience in the implementation of QMS, ideally with auditor certification or willingness to acquire it Experience in process management (e.g. BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma) and with ticketing or Incident management systems of advantage Embossed Analytical Thinking, Organisational Skill and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Sovereign appearance as well as pronounced communication and moderation capabilities in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Hands-on mentality, self-initiative and high enforcement strength Secure handling of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and readiness to incorporate into new systems Team-oriented, independent and careful working English language skills in word and writing as well as German language skills
