Fee assessment clerk – temporary as a parental leave replacement (m/f/d)

The RSAG AöR is the municipal waste management company in the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis with its 19 cities and municipalities. It serves approximately 600,000 inhabitants and well 11,000 customers in trade, industry and business with an extensive disposal offer. At RSAG, around 650 people work at eight different locations for sustainable and future-oriented waste management. We are looking for customer management as parental leave at the next possible time Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

The connection of all land in the Rhine-Sieg district to public waste disposal. To do this, create legally binding waste fee decisions. You maintain and maintain the levies in the assessment programme and arrange all necessary changes to the assessment basis. You lead both by telephone and in writing correspondence to the subject area of charge charging. Processing and testing of applications in accordance with waste and fees are also part of the task. The identification of owner and reporting data, the supervision of forced and insolvency cases, the establishment of commercial enterprises and the collection of paid additional services are some further tasks of charge management.

You have completed commercial or comparable vocational training. You are fit in common MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). You are very eloquent and expressive and have good knowledge of German in word and writing. Reliability as well as self-initiative and motivation are just as natural as a safe, friendly appearance towards different interlocutors/situations. You have a good understanding, you will be happy to work in various issues, for this you will research patiently backgrounds, identify potential for improvement and thus actively contribute to quality assurance. You like to work in the team, but also independently responsible. You have a high level of willingness to perform and keep the rest and overview even when there is a high level of work. Knowledge of the predisposition, SAP and the predisposition program KM STA (TFA) would be advantageous.
