Perform and secure the onsite support at multiple locations (also remote support by remote maintenance) Qualified and customer-oriented support of end-users and assistance with questions on the use of IT applications and systems Installation, removal and provision of hardware at the user's workplace Support for IT infrastructure activities Rollout activities Documentation of solution descriptions and care of the knowledge database

This place is occupied at the Bremen site.

Ideally completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable qualification Experience in the 2nd level support of IT environments Practical experience with IT processes according to ITIL Best Practices desirable Good knowledge and experience in project cooperation Flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Representative communicative and social competence for cooperation and coordination with stakeholders readiness for business trips to other locations and a possible readiness to call outside working hours and on weekends/days
