Responsible for the new customer acquisition from the potential determination to the conclusion of the contract in the B2B customer segment for the energy products of the SWK, with the focus on electricity and natural gas. Construction of long-term customer relationships / customer support You independently create individual offers and conduct the negotiation until the conclusion of energy supply contracts, framework contracts Competent consultation on energy supply contracts and energy services and identification and realization of cross- and upselling potentials You use customer contacts proactive and predictive to convey the appropriate services You respond to customer requests and represent the performance promises of the SWK You continuously observe competition and act actively Development of sales and initiation of campaigns for customer retention, customer growth and customer recovery measures and support for trade fairs and customer events

A 3-year professional training. Alternatively, due to experience, appropriate knowledge and skills.
