This is what awaits you: You actively support our Private Banking Advisors (m/w/d) through a qualified pre- and post-processing of customer calls In addition to the consultant, you act as the first respondent for our customers Through targeted acquisition of administrative activities, you optimize the net market time of the consultants Ensuring a high quality of service and consulting according to our sales strategy You process customer orders, e.g. acceptance of securities orders
