Business analyst (m/f/d)

You take requirements of internal and external stakeholders structured, tune them with Product Owns and the team and evaluate their feasibility. You ensure efficient and secure operation of EDI applications in the context of electronic data exchange. You can help our support team analyze and solve 2nd and 3rd level support requests. You will create requirement documents and professional concepts and participate in their coordination in the team in order to promote customer benefits and the further development of our services. You accompany and are responsible for the acceptance of implemented requirements in close cooperation with software development. You analyze and document existing processes, identify potential for improvement and introduce your own ideas for optimization, redesign and troubleshooting. You support the further development of the product roadmap, the planning of priorities and the transparency of the progress of development.

You have completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business management or a comparable qualification. You have experience in request management and in cooperation with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban. You have a good technical understanding and can easily classify and evaluate topics from software development. You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented. You are convinced by a self-responsible way of working as well as pronounced communication and team skills. You can safely move in exchange with different stakeholders and understand how to coordinate requirements in a targeted manner.
