You prepare, create and wrap notary documents You support processes in areas such as real estate law (e.g. purchase contracts, basic debts), inheritance law (testaments, inheritance contracts) and family law (marginal contracts, divorce agreements) You communicate with Mandant:inside, courts, authorities and land register offices You monitor deadlines and run files You create cost accounting and organize the office You support the notaries (m/w/d) in the daily business

You have a completed training as a specialist:r or lawyer and notary:r You have ideally first professional experience in the Notariat, professional beginners: You are also welcome You work carefully, structured and independent You have a high level of responsibility and discretion You master the German language very well in word and writing and are sure to deal with common firm software (e.g. RA-Micro, MS Office) You are organizational, team-ready and enjoy dealing with clients:inside as well as a service-oriented appearance
