Bid Manager (m/f/d)

As a Bid Manager, you are the strategic hub of our deals. You hold the threads in your hand when a vision becomes a binding offer, and make sure that we not only participate, but win. End-to-end management: You control the entire Bid process – from the first analysis of the tender to the final handover to the project team. Win strategy: Together with the sales team, you develop the perfect storyline. You translate customer requirements into customized, high-quality offers that stand out from the competition. Number architect: You coordinate the input from the disciplines, answer the price calculation and make sure that our offers are both attractive and highly profitable. Risk Navigator: You identify potential falling knits early, develop countermeasures and secure our quality and margin standards. Interface professional: You are the conductor between all involved departments and keeps all stakeholders on track. Standardization Drivers: You are constantly working to make our solutions more efficient to minimize customization and increase scalability.

Track Record: You have several years of experience in Bid Management or Technical Sales, ideally in the IT world or in the energy sector. Analytical Ass: You love complex structures and manage to translate complicated requirements into clear, structured processes. Communication strength: You present safely, formally precise and convince both internal partners and external decision-makers. Hands-on mentality: You work independently, keep an overview in hot phases and value real team work. Sense of speech: You act in a safe manner in German and English – both in the text of the contract and in the personal negotiation.
