Target group-oriented methodological and didactic placement of professional skills and knowledge in machining, such as turning and milling Training in heterogeneous groups, taking into account individual requirements and curricula, using targeted training methods Promotion and development of trainees in professional, social and personal skills, including preparation of trainees for examinations Participation in the implementation of job interviews in the context of the candidate selection procedure and in the development of training concepts Ensuring and further development of training quality Supporting various interns and project work Possibility to participate in the IHK Audit Committee

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification Completed master/technical training in the metal sector Qualification as trainers according to AEVO Founded CNC knowledge in the controllers of Siemens and Heidenhain Training experience desirable role model with pronounced social competence and good communication skills as well as a high degree of conflictability Self-employed, structured and independent Joy in team work, reliability and loyalty
