Senior Consultant (m/w/d-75-100%) Experience everyday practice as individual as never before with a unique concept that focuses 100% on individual people without rigid group regulations in a value-adding environment where everyone can be as he is. In Mühltal we offer 17 adult, largely independent residents with impairment and special challenges (e.g. binding disorders and trauma) individual care in the outpatient setting - distributed over three houses in common housing for all ages. Our goal is to create an environment that promotes security, development and participation - for residents as well as for the team. How your day looks like • With empathy and humour you create a reliable daily routine and accompany the residents individually in the social space • Together with yourm Tandem-Kollegin, you will have an overview of all basic services and SGB IX. You are in contact with various cost providers, apply for technical service hours and ensure their provision • You take over the basic care of residents and specific case responsibilities to ensure self-determined life, to manage everyday life and participate in life • With a lot of space for further development of pedagogical concepts, you build sustainable relationships, create structure and create individual support and support plans according to BTHG • For the best possible support, you work closely with relatives, legal supervisors, the team and with collaborative colleagues, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who support you in your work
