technical support for products from the Compact Motion range with servo, stepper, BLDC and DC drive solutions across the entire product life cycle close cooperation with hardware development, sales and technical support for the acceptance and prioritization of requirements and for deriving new product ideas Planning, execution and evaluation of tests of new products and firmware stands technical support for international sales as well as our customers in questions about Compact Motion products Analysis of market and competition developments and derivation of recommendations for action for the further development of the product portfolio Preparation and processing of technical information, e.g. for presentations, trainings and sales documents Presentation of our compact-motion solution portfolio at national and international trade fairs, customer days and events

successfully completed studies of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable direction Experience in the industrial environment of automation or drive technology is desirable Knowledge of electrical drive technology, in particular in the fields of servo, stepper, BLDC and DC drive solutions Experience in commissioning, parameterization and testing of drive systems as well as in testing firmware stands is desirable Knowledge in automation technology and in industrial communication systems Programming skills in IEC 61131 or high language skills high affinity on technical topics and complex relationships, combined with the ability to represent technical content in a targeted and comprehensible manner Communication and presentation capabilities for effective interaction with different stakeholders and secure, sovereign occurrence paired with pronounced communication skills as well as customer and service orientation intrinsic motivation to learn new things and implement innovative ideas independent, structured and reliable mode of operation, at the same time “out of the box” ability to find solutions readiness for occasional missions, including in the international environment very good German knowledge (C2 level) and good English knowledge (at least B2 level) in word and writing
