In the capital market department, we are driving cross-sectoral and product-driven digitization of the capital market. Based on Distributed-Ledger technology (DLT), we design innovative solutions that enable us to unlock new potentials. Together with our customers and trading partners, we are piloting new product approaches at an early stage and laying the foundation for scalable digital asset solutions. As a solution engineer (m/w/d) for digital assets, you identify potentials of new technologies and develop digital and DLT-based product solutions in close cooperation with the trading and sales units of the capital market. You design and implement technical prototypes in agile developer teams and function in the department as a central contact person around DLT or Digital assets. You are responsible for building a structured monitoring of market developments for digital infrastructure and product innovations. On this basis, you will guide key action recommendations to take new business potentials and cooperation opportunities at an early stage. You work with external market partners and strengthen our existing partner network through targeted networking. You organise interdisciplinary project teams, support them in designing and introducing digital product solutions and help them to use digital infrastructure.

Successful study of computer science, economic information, economic mathematics or a comparable academic degree Founded professional practice in software design and modern cloud architectures Advantage: Experience in the environment of digital assets and familiarizes with DLT infrastructures as well as Web3 applications Good knowledge of an object-oriented programming language, ideally Java Very good German and English in word and writing Team skills in changing interdisciplinary team setups Communication strength with the ability to understand complex facts
