You accompany and guide the installation lines professionally, give orientation in paediatric questions and ensure that agreed standards are not only described, but are effectively implemented in everyday life. In doing so, you are introducing paediatric perspectives structured in decision-making processes and making a significant contribution to quality assurance in our institutions. We are looking for a person who is sensitively coaching the facilities, who is familiar with the Kita everyday and his daily challenges, but also someone who ensures and develops quality standards in our facilities and brings experience in the design.

This position is specifically aimed at an experienced guiding force. A person with a clear attitude, leadership and responsibility is sought. Multiannual experience in the field of child care or in comparable social institutions Proven management experience with personnel, technical and supervisory responsibility Very good knowledge of the legal framework and responsibility for the institution Clear understanding of Pädagogik as a contract under state requirements and social responsibility The ability to make decisions objectively, to make pragmatic and to implement them consistently Enforcement and argumentation strength with equally professional, binding communication High communication skills in complex interests Loyalty to the institution and a secure sense of responsibility and liability
