• You participate in the creation and adaptation of individual care plans and provide a well-founded care tailored to the person. • Through fixed reference care, you create trust and orientation in stationary everyday life and ensure that care measures are consistent with people. • Professional handovers are of course for you — you pass on information clearly, completely and timely.

PROCEDURE IN PFLEGETABLES FOR APPROVAL – THE CUSTOMS INCOME:

• You have a completed 3-year nursing training, for example as a nursing professional, nursing caregiver:in or health caregiver. • Structured work in stationary care processes lies to you — you navigate confidently through everyday life, keeps in mind processes and work reliably in routines. • You bring German knowledge at least on B2 level – for care documentation, handovers and clear communication. • You communicate clearly, respectfully and openly — with patients: both inside and with teams, relatives and furnishings. • Mobility for agreed periods of use in different federal states

How does this work with different facilities or stations? Depending on the arrangement, you work in different facilities or areas. It is important that the tasks match your experience.

Can the stakes be in any federal state? Yes. Possibilities of use can lie throughout the federal territory; the concrete application is agreed in advance.

Do I automatically get a vehicle? No. A vehicle position is dependent on the respective use and actual demand.
