• Coordination of the development and creation of customer-specific service offerings in cooperation with international service hubs and service operation.

• Ensuring the global serviceability of R&S systems through effective service design.

• Contact for different stakeholders such as project management, development, sales, purchasing and contract management within the matrix organization.

• structuring the structure and responsibility for compliance with offer standards (methodic and framework, processes, tools, templates, etc.).

• Working with the development of concepts for support services with a duration of up to 30 years and ensuring the fulfillment of customer requirements by the R&S Service Operation or external service partners.

• Support in the continuous improvement and implementation of service processes for the international R&S service units.

• Complete studies of business, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications.

• Professional experience and knowledge in the field of after sales services and/or service operations management

• broad economic knowledge and interest in 'Technical Service Operation';

• Communication strength at all organisational levels and high level of self-initiative.

• Experience in the implementation of projects linked to the management of cross-departmental project teams.

• Pre-experiences in cooperation with government agencies are advantageous, ideally knowledge in the field of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS).

• German and English knowledge in word and writing.
