• Documentation, edit the deposit and create building site documents (general office management)
• Accept supplier goods shipments and process shipping document delivery
• Administrative support of EHS Manager (m/w/d)

Your profile as a team assistant (m/w/d):

• A completed training, e.g. as an office businessman (m/w/d); as an industrial businessman (m/w/d); as a merchant (m/w/d) for office communication or Office management or comparable
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and SAP
• Advanced knowledge in English
